I have begun my day. I have done some warming-up of my penmanship, though I was not thinking it to be a warm-up at the time. I may go back and perform a subsequent warm-up taking speed into consideration.
There are many benefits to performing an early morning warm-up routine, the most important of which I consider to be the prevention of injury and disease.
